GlobalPixel is a free, browser-based image editing tool. All image processing is performed locally on your device. The Service provides the following tools: crop, resize, rotate, flip, compress, format conversion, and filter effects including brightness, contrast, saturation, black & white, sepia, vivid, warm, cool, invert, and pixelate.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use GlobalPixel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- To process, edit, or distribute images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- To process images involving illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material
- To attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Service's code or infrastructure
- To use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in an unauthorized manner
- In any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any images you process using GlobalPixel. We make no claim to your content.
The GlobalPixel name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of GlobalPixel. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of image data resulting from use of the Service, browser errors, or interruptions. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original files.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalPixel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Advertising
GlobalPixel displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. These ads help us keep the Service free. By using the Service you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed and that third-party ad networks may use cookies for ad personalization.
